YouNeedaStrategy.com is the personal advisory site of Michael Levinson, an independent director and strategic advisor based in Toronto, Ontario. The site publishes articles, frameworks, and commentary on corporate governance, AI strategy, hotel distribution, and related topics. It also describes the kinds of board and advisory engagements Michael takes on.

Reading and citation

You may read any content on this site freely. You may quote, cite, or link to articles for editorial, journalistic, academic, or research purposes, with attribution to Michael Levinson and a link back to the original page.

Republication

Republication of full articles, in any medium, requires written permission. Substantial excerpts (more than approximately 200 words) likewise require permission. Translations require permission.

This site explicitly welcomes responsible AI crawling and citation.
